This one day Microsoft 365 for IT Professionals event provides you with a detailed understanding of Microsoft’s latest cloud-based operating system as a service. You will gain:

  • a thorough understanding of the highly available, optimized, and scalable rich desktop experience that Windows 365 represents
  • an understanding of the differences between Windows 365 Business and Windows 365 Enterprise
  • knowledge of Windows 365 Supported Client Platforms
  • understanding of Windows 365 support for Apps and App deployment methods

  • detailed understanding of Windows 365 deployment process
  • understanding of Window 365 Administration

  • understanding of Windows 365 Integration with MEM, Intune and conditional access policies

The class will involve live demonstrations and walkthroughs with comprehensive course materials

 

Prerequisites

There are no specific pre-requisites for this overview but it is anticapeted that you will be working in an IT support role.

Instructors will demonstrate features throughout the event. Optional Lab exercises are available for students to complete within a delegate created free trial tenancy. Microsoft may require a valid credit card to create 30 day free tenancies which must be cancelled within 30 days to avoid incurring charges. QA have no control over the Microsoft 365 trial tenancy signup or billing process.
